Looking back on Photos & Getting out to see the world!!!

Looking back on photos i have taken is one of my favourite things to do, it shows how well you become over the years. I bought my Fuji Camera last year and i love it. It's one of those things where i wish i went to do photography at a university BUT ..... woulda, shoulda, coulda...... as my mum would say, what is stopping you from learning now?? Whats stopping you from getting experience now?

Last year i did an online photography course and i figured out how to use my camera without just using the standard setting!! It made me realise how much i loved going out and taking photos.

This was back in Autumn but i love how green the trees are but still leaves on the floor. It must of been the start as it started to feel cooler..... not much cooler as it is always cold here in the UK!

This year my mission is to go to more places, take more photos and enjoy life. These past few weeks i have been soon cupped up with stressing about work, now i just want to enjoy life and see where the roads take me! Sometimes i just don't realise how much there is to see out there when i'm driving 10 miles to work and back. I think i have chosen my New Years resolution a little late!!!

I have to be realist with myself... I'm not going to be traveling the world within a year, maybe this something i could complete in 10 years whilst working. But i need to give myself that push to start going somewhere!

My dream..... i would love to see the world, i would love to be able to blog full time and be able to show how much passion i have to show as my job. I keep motivation myself and saying one day, give it time....

This pretty much sums me up right now..... Ha.

Shoulder Workout - Monday night!

I have definitely noticed that when I have had a bad day at work, I lift a lot more in the gym. Today has unfortunately been one of those days but I had a good workout so I think that makes my day! Put the music on loud and forget about everything! That is one of the feelings I love, I used to listen to music a lot in my teens.

Today was shoulders and a little bit of arms and yesterday I finally did a leg session! I have pretty much been in bed for a week feeling very ill :-( so this is me back into a routine, I have meal prepped for rest of this week and I am feeling good, motivated finally!

I am no PT but i thought i would share my workout with you all :-)

Todays workout (3 sets each exercise x10-15)
- Rotation to the side with resistant band
- Rotation upwards with resistant band

Then I finished it off with a MyProtein Shake - Cookies & Cream :-)

Monthly Beauty Favs! - March 2016

So I am currently bed bound feeling very ill and and sorry for myself.... what better to cheer me up than look at what my favs are for this month!

This is my first favourites blog, I love reading these as it gives me ideas to try something new that somebody else loves!

It has only been recently that I am looking after my skin more, as I have oily skin, I always thought if I put moisturisers or cleansers on it would make my skin worse so I never use to put anything on. It was only until I started to get dry patches. With trying products over the years one I have recently founds the Nip + Fab Deep Cleansing Fix, I love this product. I always used make up remover wipes but with using this product, it makes my skin so smooth.
I have been using this product as a make up remover, it literally melts the make up off your face and makes your face feel fresh.

Loreall Infallible Matte Foundation
This foundation is so lightweight, because I am so use to full coverage been heavy and very thick but this foundation is medium to full coverage but very lightweight. I did have a love hate relationship with this foundation, I kept getting spots when wearing it so I had a break with it, ha sounds like a couple! We were on a break!! (Friends Quote :-) ) I tried the foundation again but used a different brush and it worked so much better. At the moment I am using the real techniques face brush.

I am one of these people that struggles to find a scent i love, but after walking through the whole of Debenhams and falling in love with this scent Jimmy Choo Illicit. This has to be one of my favs!

I finally found this hair mousse in my local superdrug and I love it, when I dry my hair its still soft but yet has volume to style. My hair is so flat and has nothing to it at all, I have to backcomb my hair on a daily basis for volume, with this mousse it just give it a little more puff to my roots when styling. Usually when looking for a mousse I tend to look at ones that make my hair stiff and dry but when trying this one, my hair was still really soft which i really liked about this product.

10 Wk Count Down Till BodyPower! My Leg Workout

It doesn't seem two minutes since I was waiting in line to meet Nikki Blacketter at the Gymshark stand but it feels like it has come around fast! I know there is a few weeks still to go but I feel a gym routine coming ready for the show.

I waited in line just to meet Nikki last year and when I actually met her all I could say was I have been in line for 3 hours to meet you and i have no questions! Well didn't I feel embarrassed when I was there ha! But I was happy to say I had met her. I have watched her videos YouTube videos for a very long time, I just think she has been that one person that has pushed me to go to the gym and has me more motivated.

I have to say BodyPower is one of the places you need to at least go once in your life just to at least have the experience, that atmosphere in there is completely different everyone has the same energy and drive for fitness, you go into your gyms and you can see people around hate been there but when you go to BodyPower its totally different.

I am no PT but I have made my own work out routines and thought I would share them with you as well. I have taught myself through YouTube! Some good one that I watch are people like:

Also I have recently started watching Jen Heward, i love how high spirited she is - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCEZFthvYvvd5giJmYrvfa6g

Improvise - with us having a small gym i have been using resistant band with the straps around my calves and wrapped around the bottom of the treadmill and held on to the handle for support.
- Backward Lunges with 5kg dumbbells (3x8-10 each leg)
- Weighted squats with Olympic bar (5x till failure -increase the weight then drop the weight)

- Sumo Squat with Dumbbell (3-8)
- Jumping Squats with Stepper (until failure)

Legday has to be my favourite workouts, I don't know what it is maybe its a woman thing! HA. I mainly have my leg sessions on a Sunday, well I always regret this when it comes to Monday morning, I work in an office and having to walk up three flights of stairs is not fun! Not at all. I actually think its worst going downstairs and getting into the car! No Pain No Gain....

February Purchase - Macbook Pro - Dream Purchase!!

I am a real believer in 'Work Hard, Dream Big' another favourite quote of mine is 'Fall Seven Times, Stand up Eight' nothing is ever given to you and i realised that when I worked (this is something that i think should be taught in school!)

As you read this I am now blogging from my dream laptop, this has been one of those things that I have always wanted to buy and now I have and it’s beautiful! This means that I can take my photography to another level and show my passion through blogging.

It's something that i have worked my way up to, it has been one of those things that has been on my wish list since I was earning my own income and this weekend I just thought to myself just do it, buy something that you want and need! I did a YOLO moment.... in my eyes!

Watch this space :)
